    Our exchange policy applies only to merchandise purchased on our website and at Jigger & Pony.

    You can exchange purchased item(s) for the same item(s) within 14 calendar days of purchasing the item(s). 

    All exchange items will be assessed by our team before an exchange can be approved. Assessment has to be carried out in order to ensure that the item is in a brand new and saleable condition.

    • Paper tags intact (i.e. not cut off or torn)

    • Original clear sizing packaging

    • Unwashed

    • Unaltered  

    • Free of makeup stains or any noticeable smell on apparel

  • All pre-ordered items can be collected at Jigger & Pony (165 Tanjong Pagar Rd, Amara Hotel) on Mondays and Tuesdays from 6pm to 8pm from 21 September onwards.

  • Our Friends of the Night product line will be available for purchase at Jigger & Pony from 24th September onwards, however will be priced at a different price tier.
